„MEET TED.

A HARD WORKING CITIZEN AND A FAMILY MAN.
HELLO TED! DON'T BE SHY!

WAIT A MINUTE… WHAT’S THAT SOUND?

OH NO!

IT’S THE NUCLEAR BOMB ALARM!

NOT TO WORRY, TED KNOWS WHAT TO DO! THE GOVERNMENT’S SUPERB EARLY WARNING SYSTEM GIVES TED 60 SECONDS TO TAKE COVER IN THE FALLOUT SHELTER UNDER HIS HOUSE. THAT’S MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME FOR TED TO COLLECT SUPPLIES AND OF COURSE HIS FAMILY! NOW TED CAN SAFELY ENJOY THOSE CHARMING SUNSETS OVER THE RADIOACTIVE WASTELAND WITH HIS LOVED ONES*.

GOOD LUCK TED!

* THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR HARDSHIP, DIFFICULT AND IRREVERSIBLE DECISIONS AND CANNED SOUP DIET THAT WILL FOLLOW.“

Robot Gentleman – 60 Seconds

Übersetzung

DAS HIER IST TED.

EIN HART ARBEITENDER BÜRGER UND EIN FAMILIENMENSCH.
HALLO TED! SEI NICHT SCHÜCHTERN!

WARTE MAL… WAS IST DAS FÜR EIN GERÄUSCH?

OH NEIN!

ES IST DER ATOMBOMBENALARM!

ABER KEINE ANGST, TED WEISS WAS ZU TUN IST! DAS STAATLICHE ÜBERLEGENE FRÜHWARNSYSTEM GIBT UNS 60 SEKUNDEN, UM UNTERSCHLUPF IM ATOMBUNKER UNTER DEM HAUS ZU SUCHEN. DAS IST MEHR ALS GENUG ZEIT FÜR TED, UM VORRÄTE UND NATÜRLICH SEINE FAMILIE EINZUSAMMELN! JETZT KANN TED IN SICHERHEIT DIE BEZAUBERNDEN SONNENUNTERGÄNGE ÜBER DEN RADIOAKTIVEN ÖDLANDEN MIT SEINEN LIEBSTEN ANSEHEN*.

VIEL GLÜCK, TED!

* DIE REGIERUNG ÜBERNIMMT KEINE VERANTWORTUNG FÜR JEGLICHE NÖTE, SCHWIERIGE UND UNUMKEHRBARE ENTSCHEIDUNGEN UND FÜR DIE NUN EINSETZENDE KONSERVENSUPPENDIÄT.

Trivia
