HerrDekay (bürgerlich Dennis, *26. Juni 1987) ist seit Ende 2010 deutscher Let's Player und seit Anfang 2012 Mitglied des Gronkh.de-Netzwerkes.
Obwohl er vorerst im englischsprachigen Raum unter dem Pseudonym MrDekay1 aktiv Videos produzierte, ging er bald dazu über deutschsprachige Let's Plays zu veröffentlichen. Sein erstes offizielles Projekt war Minecraft, was er jedoch, wie viele andere Projekte, nach einer großen Umstrukturierung seines Kanals von YouTube entfernte.
Nach knapp einem Jahr erklärte er jene jedoch für Schwachsinn und veröffentlichte fortan wieder Videos zu Spielen die nicht von Nintendo entwickelt wurden. Das erste Spiel, das davon betroffen war, ist Giana Sisters - Twisted Dreams. Als bisher letzte Auswirkung der Umstrukturierung wurden seine Zweitkanäle Let's Fuchs, auf dem er Mods und Indiespiele gezeigt hat, und ThisIsDekay, auf dem er seine Minecraft-Let's-Plays gezeigt hat, eingestampft. In Folge dessen wurden keine neuen Videos mehr auf Let's Fuchs hochgeladen und zudem alle Minecraft-Videos auf seinen Hauptkanal verlegt. Seitdem existiert der Kanal ThisIsDekay nicht mehr. Desweiteren gibt es gelegentlich spontane Livestreams auf Twitch.
Er war für ca. 2 Jahre als CTO (Chief Technical Officer) bei der playMassive GmbH angestellt. Aufgrund dessen half er auch beim Serverumzug mit.
Seit dem 30. Oktober 2014 lädt HerrDekay seine Videos in 60fps hoch, da dies nun auf YouTube möglich ist. Folge #13[1] von Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem war das erste Video von ihm, welches in 60fps hochgeladen wurde.

Zu genanntem Gastauftritt in Gronkhs Minecraft Let's Play zeichnete Rahmschnitzel obiges Bild (Folge #644).
- Er hat einen epischen Bart.
- Dieser wird auch "Skill-Bart" genannt und bringt ihm seinen Skill in jeder Art von Game.
- Von Folge #643 bis Folge #651 war er Gast in Gronkhs Minecraft Let's Play.
- Genauso hatte er mehrere Auftritte in Rahmschnitzels Minecraft Let's Play.
- Er betreute den Serverumzug von Gronkh.de über die Nacht vom 20. zum 21.05.2012, siehe Abschnitt von Artikel Gronkh.de
- Eine besondere Auffälligkeit ist sein typischer Folgenanfang. Dieser lautet: „Hallöchen Leute und willkommen zurück zu (...). In der letzten Folge haben wir..."
- Ebenso auffällig ist sein Folgenende: "Ich würd' sagen, das war's erstmal von meiner Seite aus. Ich hoffe das Let's Play hat euch soweit gefallen. Falls ja, abonnieren, kommentieren, gut bewerten und wir sehn' uns beim nächsten Mal! Bis dahin."
- Teilweise spricht er diesen [Satz] so schnell, dass man ihm fast nicht mehr folgen kann. Zeitweise fehlte ein Großteil des Satzes, bis er diesen zur Restrukturierung nach dem großen Reboot wieder einführte.
- Seine Folgentexte auf Gronkh.de werden von Weirdaholic (Twitter: @Weirdaholic) geschrieben.
- Dekays erstes Let's Play war auf Englisch. Er war auch eine Zeit lang im englischen Bereich tätig, bevor er zu deutschen Let's Plays überging.
- Er ist Nichtraucher und hat bisher noch nie Alkohol getrunken.
- Er streamt fast täglich auf Twitch.
- Dekay bezeichnet sich als Furry. Er nennt sich deshalb auf Twitch und auf seinem Speedrunkanal Furkay.
- Im NewEraIRC hält er seine Community im Channel #Furkay immer auf Trab. Hier geht es zum Webchat!
- Durch sein ständiges anschmachten von Spiele-OSTs kam in seiner Community der Runniggag auf, dass er Spiele nach ihrem Soundtrack bewertet.
- Sein absolutes Lieblingsspiel ist Okami.
- Dekay hat jede Art von aktueller Konsole zu Hause.
- Zusammen mit seiner Community schaffte er es, im Noshember 2014, 32.395€ für die Deutsche Kinderkrebsstiftung zu sammeln.
- Dekay ist dafür bekannt Spiele in seinen Streams zu Marathonen. So hat er schon Zelda - Majoras Mask, die Metroid Reihe, die Sonic Reihe und die Mega Man Reihe am Stück durchgespielt. Als nächstes sollte [eigentlich] ein Castlevania Marathon folgen [*hust* 2013 angekündigt *hust*].
